PIA RICHTER has been conceptualizing, designing, executing, consulting on, and project managing high-end commercial and residential projects since 2002.
Pia has the unique ability to listen to her clients and to understand their needs, creating timeless interiors that combine practicality and beautiful design. Using her expertise, she will execute your vision while incorporating her two decades of design experience and European flair.

Her passion lies in full gut renovations with her ability to envision transformational change in a space and maximize a floor plan to its full potential. THOUGH she is a minimalist at heart Pia has created multiple rich-in-design projects for her clients while still maintaining her strong sense of design. A Pia Richter Project is a collaborative process between client and designer ensuring expectations are not only met but exceeded. With her experience, Pia has the ability to execute small- and large-scale projects on schedule and on budget for both residential and corporate spaces.
From conceptual design and design development through to construction management Pia can design and manage every project with efficiency and the ability to solve problems on-site in real time.
She has developed and consulted on numerous branding initiatives for a range of retail design concepts including Tiffany & Co., Swich Pressed Sandwiches, and Delos Capital.
Prior to starting her own design studio Pia worked as a Design Manager for retail stores at Tiffany & Co. corporate in NYC where she designed and executed design schemes for new stores and renovations internationally and domestically. She was also part of the initiative regarding the new store design concept for Tiffany & Co., which was implemented worldwide in 2011.
Pia Richter started her professional career as an Interior Designer and Project Manager at The Apartment Creative Agency in New York City in 2002.
She holds a BA in Interior Design from Middlesex University in London, UK with her final thesis focusing on a therapy day center for the mentally ill. Pia also studied French and History of Art in Paris at the Institute Catholique.
Known for her approachability and humor she lives every project with enthusiasm, passion, and optimism and impeccable taste.
Pia is currently based in Frankfurt, Germany with her daughter and English Bulldog Penny. She is fluent in German and English.
